Resolved SM timer ... can't delete

I don't know how many noticed that some special moves when executed don't time out, meaning u can double use the same SM, it happened with many characters (Felia, Painwheel, etc.)
Just trying to point out issues for the devs as I didn't see this one in the threads, btw this happens both to player and AI.

Did you play the Silver tier Prize Fight?

Prize fights always have certains modifiers and toays's is thst on using a special it has a 50% chance to reset your cooldowns

I am really not sure now ... i will delete this until i am positive lol thx for this ... I just thought it was another issue of the update ...
