So, Slow decreases meter gain. Until that point we are all good. The problem begins when there are 2 or more stacks of Slow. With 2 Stacks, meter gain decreases to 100%. 100%? But isn't that like 0? Yes. Now if you play Rift Battles, there is a modifier that inflicts slow every X seconds you dont use a blockbuster. If someone has the Slow Gold Catalyst and Lv 11, you may end up getting Slow for 15 seconds every 3 seconds. So basically you will have a 250% reduction in meter gain and in loop. Is it logical? Is it fair? I mean obviously you can swap characters, or apply immunity, but those options wont be at your disposal everytime all the time. So i would really like if we could get a fix.
Either fix the catalyst or fix the debuff so that every stack applies 20% reduction to meter gain.
