Bug - Normal Sorry, but where is my stack of buff?

I think I have the problem with Space Case Umbrella with her abilities , when I knocked down the enemy with " Doom " from her ability or just attack which whatever, the stack that I received is not three but the abilities I've upgraded is said (Also, it's not happened once, and idk how it's happen-)
