The "April Showers" modifier is terrible, and throws off the flow of the fight. 5 seconds is too short of a time between potentially debilitating debuffs, and 20 seconds is far too long for the buffs/debuffs to last. I am aware that a blockbuster removes all buffs and debuffs. The five second timer allows barely any breathing room before more BS is dumped on the player. This does not make for a fun experience. Perhaps if the timers were adjusted to 10 and 10 seconds, it would be less annoying.
