Bug - Normal Sqigly design mistake

Sacred Stiff (Sqigly) has a design mistake in her victory animation where half of her open chest is yellow instead of her skin color:
I don't think it was intended.

This is by design. If you check other Squigly variants, you'll notice various colors on that part of her Palette. This is how Scared Stiff always looks, not just in her victory pose.
