Squigly nearly departed special ability

Hi,
It might be a stupid post but I really don't understand how to ressurect teammates with the Squigly Nearly Departed special ability, so if anybody can explain to me how to trigger her passive it would be really nice

If I am not wrong, you need to use a Blockbuster while in an Odd-count Combo while Squiggly is below certain HP % (don't know exactly how much)
Doing so should revive your teammates if you have already upgradade the noodle for her SA
