Characters Star shine should get a few improvements.

Star shine is actually based on one of my favs shows and even better one of my favorite characters, i think that she should get a colorful change when activate power star based on her transformation.

Also, her SA doesn't make a strong reference to star or her powers... she is actually good, but as i suggested time ago with sans getting evasion i would like to suggest her getting some of the next changes (one of them)

-Enemies killed while star power cannot be revived (reference to toffe's dead)
-Star power activation charges BB (mostly reference to toffe's dead too)
-Run out star power, lowers enemy's BB or so (based on star ability to destroy magic)
-Tag out becomes unblockable with precision (somehow related to the portals)

I could think about more suggestion for her, anyone have ideas?

While the color change idea is cool, it makes little sense for developers to add that specifically. I do agree however that her ability itself should get some changes [upgrades]. There are multiple other suggestion threads you can find on the forums for her specifically iirc!

I mainly like your first and fourth idea as they are unique annie-wuse and might be useful in game!
