Bug - Normal Starter Pack Purchase Error

    Hello!

    I just bought the starter pack a few minutes ago but it told me there was some kind of purchase error and to refer to the support forums.
    The app still charged my card but I didn't get the items from the starter pack, nor was it on my "Purchase Info"

    My Account Number: 4THU-4AQK

    I attached photo proof.
