Bug - Normal Stuck in "An error ocurred while communicating with our servers. Please try again" when trying to claim something from the backstagepass.

As the threat says, my game gets stuck on that error everytime I try to claim anything from the backstagepass.

And when I close the backstage pass, it prompts me to claim again, but it's still showing the same error. It just keeps happening. It's an annoying bug.
