Bug - Normal Stuck on the title screen

I’m a returning player of sgm and I tried logging in on 7.2.1. Whenever I tried to, it stayed on the title screen and said “authorizing…” with no error code. I’ve tried to redownload the app, log into a different account, and reset my phone. I’ve checked different threads and haven’t found a working solution.
