Hello skull! So, since in the game, we (players) cannot exchange messages, I suggest that when that player is active, say the channel he is on. Ex: (user name) is on channel 2007. I think this would be good since we cannot exchange messages through skull and this way it can make people who want to chat and are not allowed by other applications, chat through that channel where the entire conversation can be monitored. In addition to keeping players talking under supervision, this makes it easier for them to chat and exchange messages.
