When I finished sending gifts to my friends (approximately 22 gifts) and tried to open them, I got an error (there are no gifts to open, or something like that), so I closed the social hub, reopened it and tried to open the gifts again.

Everything was going well, I had received an Eliza inner pieces when I receive the gifts again, the same ones that I was receiving (even Eliza)

In the end I ignore it, thinking it was a visual error or something on the internet, but it turns out that the gifts were doubled, because they ended up receiving the 2 inner pieces. Even in the channel chat it came out as I received the reward 2 times (screenshot).

The duplicate items appearing in chat is a known bug, so it's possible that's what you saw. Could also be they opened multiple gifts and happened to get two. If a player collects all their Gold Gifts first and then taps 'open' it'll essentially open them all at once.
