Bug - Crash The game freezes or crashes when sending a gift or opening the store

This bug has recently occurred when the game was updated, which completely disables me from being able to send gifts, the problem regarding the store has existed for much longer.

In the case of the store, the problem is solved by closing the game and logging back in on most occasions, while in the case of gifts I cannot find a solution
