Bug - Normal Thrill Shrieker against Annie

I want to report a bug. Using Squigly Thrill Shrieker against Annie, while I'm blocking Annie's dash attack (and she continue with the second sword hit) immediately I hit the BASSO BUFFO like I do with any other character and Annie isn't hit (without blocking)
Just happened against Annie (any variant). Isn't fair that invincibility frame (actually if I dash or touch the screen the hit connect normally, so I considered a bug exactly with that movement).
I can't record a video of the game play but someone else have this bug or just me?

Most fighters have a few frames of advantage after a Dash attack, meaning certain moves against them after a Dash attack might still get interrupted. What you are describing might be a different issue though, so I'm gonna have my team take a look. Thanks for the report.
