Bug - Normal Title screen glitch?

Whenever I open the game the title background is all pixelated and can't be made out at all. Try Uninstalling didn't work, don't know if this is on purpose or what's happening.

This was a visual error within the game that has now been fixed with the recent update.
You shouldn't be seeing this anymore if you have updated the game. If you are still seeing it, try reinstalling one more time.
