Recently I noticed that tapping on the opponent's Guest Star icon with a full meter will interfere with your fighter's attack. In other words, if you were to press on the icon while attacking, your input would be blocked and your fighter wouldn't attack like it normally would.
I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but this has been an issue for me since the release of Guest Stars. At first, I was wondering why my fighter wouldn't attack sometimes, but I was eventually able to figure out the cause of the issue.
Don't know if it helps but I play on a S24+ with the latest version of android.
