Bug - Normal Valentine Countervenom: Detox Hitbox Bug

I've noticed this a lot lately that when playing against the AI if I use the CounterVenom: Detox Move and the AI isn't fully standing then it just misses not as if they were blocking but when the AI does it I could be on the ground recovering from a combo and it will hit. It's really annoying.
