The ICU marquee ability is supposed to trigger heavy regen for 10 secs when suffering a debuff right? Because is triggering the heavy regen even if the Valentine has inmunity buff on (meaning no debuff at all).
Interesting. That makes it sound like ICU is activating based on the attempt to apply a debuff, rather than application of the debuff. Could be intended, but I wouldn't mind that marquee ability getting nerfed a bit.
