Bug - Normal Versus Mode - cannot get past “Found Potential opponent” dialogue

I’m unable to play a competitive match because I can never get past the “found potential opponent” dialogue. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, adjusting my wi-fi settings, and restarting my modem but no luck. It’s been happening since the recent 5.2 update was launched.
