After the 7.1 changes to the Viewing Parlor, I can only view ads that give the XP booster between the hours of 0:00 and, I believe, 3:00 CST. Attempting to watch an XP-boosting ad outside of those hours gives the message, “Sorry, there are not any ads available at this time. Please check back later!” I don’t know why it would be related to the time, but I’ve observed this behavior consistently over several days.
Ads that give the same rewards prior to 7.1 seem to work every time, as well as ads prompted by the game on the main menu. Only the XP-boosting ads are stalled.
