what stats are better?

I don't understand anything about stats, so I want to learn from more experienced players. What stats are best for the selected characters? I play them for the attack​

ATK %, HP %, DEF, Meter Gain are all pretty good stats to focus on in general for me. Accuracy and Crit Rate/Damage can get some extra mileage too. Other folks might have other opinions!
