what stats are good for Blue streak (gotta go fast)?

I am thinking about ATK% Block proficiency, crit rate & damage and special cooldown.

This are 5 stats, maybe a little too much split up but with the little guest star bonus it could be right, i think.

with deadeye, she can ignore piercing and meter gain thanks to haste.

Even with HASTE, I'd still give Blue Streak Filia METER GAIN. The constant blockbusters will keep her buffs up.

The same kind of "double down" mindset could be said for DEADEYE, by adding PIERCING.

• Deadeye = Attacks ignore the opponent’s DEFENSE and will not trigger the effects of AUTO-BLOCK, UNFLINCHING, EVASION, or THORNS.
• Piercing = Ignores a percent of opponent DEFENSE and ARMOR

See that ARMOR part? Now nowhere is safe.

Block proficiency would not suit an attacker like Blue Streak. With Leech marquee ability, she will be regaining health from hitting the enemy.

And I'd pass on the special cooldown too. If was lucky enough to have BS, I'd use mostly blockbusters (Fenrir Drive, Widow's Peak, Drill Tempered, Gregor Samson).
