When can I get Eliza

Now I know that Eliza cannot be gotten from relic, but only events. When will another Eliza event come? Is there any other ways to get Eliza?

Currently no other way to get Eliza unless you score high enough in her prize fights.

Eliza relics will be available in the future.

The only ways to get fighters are from relics or prize fights.
