Bug - Crash When I got 11 premiere relics my acc crashed

So A few minutes ago,
I got 11 Premier relics from the 11th day of Christmas gift, I opened One and then my game crashed, I went back in the game to see that I got new characters I looked and I only had seven characters and not 11. that means I’m missing a few characters that I’m supposed to have.

When you choose to open a 10+1 relic pull, all 11 fighters are added to your account immediately, even if you crashed during the relic opening animation.
