Because the Prize fight lasts exactly one month. Ended on the 30th, new one starts on the 1st.

actually what I meant was the other kinds of prize fights - not the Monthly prize one
my reason of posting this was because of my handling 5 game accounts everyday in that reason of both scheduled events and my limited time gameplay with my everyday routine job in life.
