Bug - Normal Whole game is distorted

Hi, This isn't the first time that i got this problem so i decided to report it. It appears when I'm already playing, don't get out of the app and i turn my phone off then i turn it on again and it appears like this. I tried to get out of the app but it's still like that. Only gets back to normal when i close the app.
Also, i can't upload the screenshot because it's too heavy

Any chance you could record a video and post it privately to YouTube and link it here? Hard to determine what you mean by 'whole game is distorted' if I can't see it.
