Characters Buff weaker fighters to make them more fun and useful

    I like a lot of these, Bad Hair Day Filia is fine where she is though. You just build CRIT DAMAGE and use her during Hemophilia PF's, even withouth Hermophilia 5% BLEED happens a lot more than you think with the amount of hits her attack chain has. In Revision 4 you just gave her current Frayed Ends SA2...?

    As for the argument on Bronze staying noticeably weaker than other Tiers, these "buffs" could simply come into effect when they're Evolved to Silver and then buffed again when reaching Gold
