UPDATE: this should be fixed in our 6.2.1 hotfix, which will be available shortly.
We are aware of a bug where the game will lag or freeze when accessing the friend's list in the Social Hub. Sometimes the bug happens when opening the tab and sometimes while attempting to claim or send gifts.
We have a possible fix and hope to get everything resolved soon.
