Hello there dear friend, that issue should be settled within at your own Google account synchronization with both Google Play account and your Email provided at the game - Including your own password as well.

You must make sure that both your Email and Password are the same.

If you have a Facebook account, then try to synchronize that account also with the game along but only with different password if you wish desired.
