Max upgrade level for moves?

I believe it's 15.

And it becomes ridiculously expensive lol.

I've only upgraded up to level 6
 
Good to know- was gonna try and max upgrade Argus Agony and George's Day Out b/c I still rely on my Rerun Peacock, whose move set has been surprisingly effective.
