Bug - Normal Store doesn't show up

This is my second account on the same device, im using dual apps for this account.
I'm aware that this might caused because i log-on with LINE instead of email. But i've link this account into email and google but nothing changes, the store still not loaded.
Could anyone please help me to fix the problem?

Sometimes there's issues on the Google or Apple side that doesn't allow the game client to connect. It usually resolves itself.

That being said, have you been able to access the store since posting this?
