Bug - Normal Not completed Skill Tree Bar

In the first image, I just finish completing Peacock's Skill Tree but in the second image, the bar under the Skill Tree button is not filled all the way!
Hopefully it's hard to fix it up so hope to hear your response!
Device: Lg G4
Android Version: 6.0
