in deployments I cannot claim my fighters at the second window. only the first window works.

This issue will be fixed in our 4.6 update. In the meantime, you can contact customer service at skullgirlsmobile.com/contact with your in-game name and public ID and they can unlock your fighters.

Will you be more specific? Not sure what you mean by "can't claim your relic"

When you complete a deployment, you are not guaranteed a reward. Fighters with a higher fight score or matching the fighter/element types of the deployment will increase your odds of receiving a reward.
