Bug - Normal pantalla de carga

estaba jugando el modo historia, cuando sucedio algo extraño, lo que sucede es que al querer jugar este nivel del modo historia, no pasa de la pantalla de carga, habia jugado anteriormente 2 veces pero al querer repetir, solo se queda cargando, evitandome completar el modo historia y obtener las recompenzas.

of course, only that it remains on the loading screen but other fights load almost instantly, currently something similar happens to me in the game mode of origins, to be clear on a peacock level

Have you already tried to reinstall the game to see if that fixes it? It's possible you just have bad data that's interfering. If it is still happening after a reinstall, I can have an engineer look at your account to see if there's something wrong on the server.
