The game won’t let me log in and idk why

It won’t let me get past the authorization screen and it has this error 0 thing
does any of you know how to fix this problem and if you do please tell me!!


(the reason why I posted this in general discussion is because I don’t know where else to post it in)

update two it was an unexpected maintanave so this thread is useless

If the game won’t let you log in, you may need to uninstall the game and reinstall the game. This can be done by clicking “uninstall” in the game’s control panel. Restart your computer and then reinstall the game. Once reinstalled, try logging in.
