Bug - Normal Code 1 error

I wanted to play again after a few years of leaving it but now when I try to enter it gives me an error, I try to enter by google account and mail but it gives me the error, I already sent a ticket and talk by discord but I have no answer

This is a known bug that appears to mainly effect return players. We will be prioritizing this for our next update minimally and hopefully fix it even sooner then that.
