I will skip nightmare because I have no idea, maybe just more gold.
For no mercy, they should change all the moves for retakes for X character, look, I am tired of check all the stats of every move I get to see if it is acceptable enough to keep (at least 3 good stats in a move)
With like 18 possible stats, something like 100 re rolls is just a little thing that ensures you nothing.
Even if you get the right stats like (ATK%, piercing, critdmg%.) they can get split poorly, so you get a mid-move or low tier move.
So, this seems balanced.
You get like 4 re-roll for run, a bunch of gold and no moves, this is meant to ease the boring task of high level players.
Also, you can spend multiple tickets in a single shot.
