I'm having difficulty understanding the issue you are experiencing. Your screenshots show you try to equip a move that is already equipped on a different fighter that you own. The message you're getting is letting you know that the move you're trying to equip is already equipped on another fighter.

I'm not sure which accolade you are talking about. Could you attach a screenshot of which one it is that isn't unlocking for you and we can look into it further?
