    11 is that girl from indivisible, or that other lab zero game. I think number 6 is a Pokemon, but it also has Annie’s color palette. If the color references are the same as the other characters, then 75% of the palletes will be anime oriented.

Scarlet only inflicts the bleed whilst Decyrpted converts it by 3. if they were going to keep one of the “new” SAs it should have been that 50% against buffs one. The rate at which fighters get buffs now is crazy. Her current SA1 just makes her weaker...
