No one knows, really. Last year it was close to 100mil, but that might've just because that was the last milestone. I'm curious to see how close this year's top 1000 is to the 250mil milestone.

I am like 90% sure that it would be just a bit higher than 100M. The gap between 100M and 250M is considerable, not everyone wants to spend the time to get to the last one. Also, people that were eager to get a new Diamond variant could buy the relic for 10k theo.
