    Possibly because you are not on the very latest update. After 2.1.0 there was a small but essential patch so you need 2.1.1 in order to play. Most Android users have been able to play. The Apple App Store in some regions does not have the update yet so some iOS users can't play yet.

    If you remember your login details and are not on a guest account, your issue might be solved by uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. It seems to have helped lots of people, especially with Error Code: 9001.
