    fun fact: it actually is based on the amount of deaths that have occured, not the current amount of dead bodies. You can test this in training by bringing fly alongside mummy and a val/marie, and keep killing yourself after resurrecting. fly's attack will keep growing (albeit slowly)

    Actually I have noticed this too. I assume it is because once sans tags out(!) to a fighter with permanent armor received from sans too (Don't know if thats 100% true, but it isnt just having permanent armor), they gain sans's sa1 for some reason. Was pretty scary fighting a 5 permanent armor...
