    I don't think so. I can already inflict pretty much permanent heal block with just Eliza's Chaos Banish anyways. This has pre-requisite(s) too there is no way this would be too good, if anything we need more supports that can complement other characters like this one does.

    Yeah that is true. It should be implemented in a way like how they implemented HEX on Stage Fright. For example Inverse Polarity should only be applied when opponent is over 50% HP. This will be enough to soften them up so it can be easily finished by throws etc.
