This is usually just a visual bug. After restarting the game it corrects itself. Based on what I see on your account, it looks like it went back to normal. Let me know if you're seeing something different though, thanks.

Was your Shadow Puppet defeated by an actual hit from Peacock? You mention 'drained all my health' but That's All Folks doesn't have a health drain, so curious what was happening there. The replays are pretty busted right now, hence why it's not playing back properly.

Is this still happening? Our Ads our loaded from a third party provider, so it's possible they may have had some temporary network failures.

What Relics are you attempting to buy or claim? What exactly happens when this issue occurs, are you able to record a video of this happening?

Not sure what you mean by 'disappeared'. If you share your username and ID and what fighters you're talking about, I may be able to see what happened to them, but no promises if it's been a few months.

This is an old UI bug, where sometimes the game client will show you items that aren't actually there on the server. As you saw, once your game gets back in sync with our servers, the relic disappeared. We have plan to fix this in a future update, so it at least will happen less often.

You're account was banned for tampering with game files. Likely as a result of logging in with a third party APK. All of which is against our Terms of Service. This cannot be appealed.

I think I'm following, but will you give me a step by step test case so I can visualize this? Kinda sounds like our old issue we had where Unblockable Precision hits weren't working properly.

We still have this on our bug list, though it's pretty far down there. This is one that won't get fixed unless more players are finding it to be a problem.

Usually this is a result of assets failing to load. If it happens every time you play, you should reinstall to see if that fixes it.

Have you already tried on a different internet connection? Maybe a public connection or something else? Also, if you haven't tried already, be sure to do a fresh install just in case any files in your game got corrupted somehow

This is likely working as expected then. By design, depending on the situation, if a character goes from full or near full health to 0%, SAs that rely on health thresholds won't trigger Final Stand. This was done to prevent a handful of other bugs that were occurring.

It's pretty rare, but occasionally characters will face the wrong direction on a single frame, which may lead to some bugs like this. We're aware of it and hopefully can fix it in a future update.

This is often a temporary issue, but obviously not if it's been happening for a week now. Did anything change about your internet setup? Also, what happens when you tap the Store button in-game? If it goes to a loading screen, will you let the device sit for 5-10 minutes and let me know...
