Saying 'the game bug my controls' doesn't give me any sense of what you're actually experiencing.
I can't say for certain, but guessing this was the most concise way to explain what the move does. If it's still applying stun with a permanent buff, that might be considered a bug.

Can you share with me a screenshot of your Accolades page with the completed Expert Story mode Accolade?
I can see in your account that you completed the Accolade, but there's no activity that you claimed it.
Usually when you open a Relic in-game, the fighter is immediately added on the server. If you go to your collection and sort by 'Recent' do you see any new Gold fighters?
