Bug - Crash Canopy error

Hola desde hace un tiempo me pasa un error muy constante, cuando quiero mejorar el arbol de habilidades me saca del juego y se pierden los canopies que gasto en las variantes y las variantes no tienen las habilidades que he mejorado, he perdido aproximadamente un millon o menos por este bug

I should've asked this earlier, but will you share exactly what you were spending your Canopy Coins on so I know where to look? Also, your Public ID appears to be incorrect. Please double check that and also you can share your ingame Username.
