What device are you playing on? Also, keep in mind, fighters have different speeds at which they can attack, so there's always a possibility that an opponent just interrupted you as opposed to your input not working. It's really hard to diagnose if a fight input just randomly didn't work...

Are you still having these connection errors? There's typically not much we can do about that, just double check you're properly connected to the internet while you're playing.

@difficult you may have already tried this, but just in case, have you already done a fresh install of the game and then tried to purchase again? I had an engineer look into your account and everything appears to be functioning as expected, so it could just be some bug on the client itself.

Can you guys please provide more specific details? I've been trying to pinpoint it but just pausing the game at match start doesn't have this occur 100% of the time. @charon136 you mentioned you 'reopened' you're game? Was your game minimized and somehow the fight was still going...

While in combat, swiping down notifications will pause the match, but I noticed that if you swipe notifications menu down while loading into the fight, the fight will still start as normal. I suppose they could be connected. Do you recall when you returned to the match after clearing...

I just checked myself. You will still get the 200 theonite even if you can't officially verify the Email. If you share your SGM Username and Public ID we can double check for you.

yah it's a known issue, we're still trying to reproduce it though, simply tapping 'pause' at fight start will more likely than not still pause the game. Do you recall all the actions you took leading up to this? I know we've had bugs in the past where actions on 1 area of the game can get...

I have no idea what's happening in this photo. Please provide some specific details. What fight was it? Did you Favorite the replay? You're obviously watching this on a replay, do you have the code? Did this happen in the actual fight or just the replay...

it takes some time to process all the rewards from the Prize Fights. I suspect you've gotten your rewards by now, but let us know if you haven't.

Have you double checked all spam folders in your email? Also, you don't need to verify your email for the login to work.
