Premise, this issue will hardly affect anybody as no one would keep the game running for this long under regular circumstances.

I ran the game for several hours replaying a single daily match fight in order to get more moves. After what I believe is around 10 hours, I started to notice that the x3 speed autofight didn't look as smooth. Turning off autofight did, in fact, confirm that the framerate dropped to about 10 to 15 fps.

I didn't run other apps in background, with the exception of an accessibility option (that usually doesn't result in a slowdown) and of system apps that, obviously, can not be turned off.

Restarting the app fixes the issue.

Device: Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 (2021)

You sat and played 1 node for 10 hours? Wow. I haven't done a soak test in a while but I can give this a try, though I wouldn't be playing the actual match.

What fighters were you using and what node was it?

Yes, all of the character daily events and Accursed Experiments have a chance to give moves on replay.

I did not "sit down", it was more of like doing house stuff and occasionally hitting replay on mobile.

The node where I specifically noticed this slowdown is the first node of Accursed Experiments to the right, the one with Xenomorph, Buzzkill and Dreadlocks.
My team for every match has been two Overclocked and Summersalt. Mind you all three are shiny, which is known to lag versus mode (possibly because of the rng call for the sparks), so that might actually be part of the issue.

Gotcha. I'll see if I can set something up to attempt to replicate this.
