She seems to have X % chance to gain armor when hit and (maybe) it can only be removed by specials and/or BBs. She seems to deal death damage when suffering a fatal hit, so she's a better Immoral. That'll be fun

Hurting Hurdle is a projectile tho. It can proc the armor break from Pea Shooter's ability and Windswept's always dodging it even tho it hit her when I use Dragon Brawler because he has it equipped

I've only ever tried using Silent Kill to counter an Armed Forces once. I don't see how she's a counter to Armed Forces. Unless you get bleeds going, she suffers from having an already low damage stat eat even more crap because she's as an elemental disadvantage. Negating unflinching and armor...
