If you're using an emulator, we can't really help you since we don't design our game to be used by emulators. Is the game freezing for you on an actual device?

What is the current storage capacity on your device? Our game needs to save your profile preferences whenever they change, so if your storage space happens to be maxed out or nearly maxed, it might not save.
